Life coaching for me was almost like life saving!  In a period of major life transition, time spent with my life coach made the difference between me thrashing around in my own turbulent sea of thinking, conflicting emotions and uncertainty  and having a supportive mentor who could  guide me in to learning how  to ride the waves, and build a life raft of my own making to sail on those seas! 

I found Gudrun to be an empathetic and engaged listener who was able to accurately reflect back to me key issues and patterns of thinking and behaviour that were holding me back from growing and moving forward.  She was insightful in her feedback and gave me strategies to make changes in my life and prioritize actions.
